　　Step 2: Inspection of shelf manufacturing accuracy.

　　There is no desoldering or faulty welding in the welding of the shelf, and the welding slag and splash are removed manually for each welding part.

　　Step 3: Check the installation accuracy of the whole rack.

　　1. The vertical deviation of the shelf shall be less than 10mm.

　　2. The height deviation of beams on the same floor is less than 10mm.

　　3. The deviation of center distance at the bottom of adjacent shelf columns shall be less than 2mm.

　　4. The misalignment deviation of shelves in the same row in the same roadway is less than 5mm

　　Step 4: Surface treatment technology

　　Black billet - removing surface dirt - chemical rust removal - phosphating - spray - leveling and curing - packaging, inspection and warehousing, coating thickness of 60 microns.
