　　The loft platform needs a lot of effort in the installation process because of its many parts and complex structure. Ningda summarized some key points of loft platform installation, which can simplify the complex procedures of loft platform installation.

　　1： Lighting. The lighting lamp is an essential equipment for the attic platform. In the installation, the position of the lighting lamp should be adjusted properly so as not to leave a dead corner in the attic. If the position of the lighting lamp on the drawing cannot cover the attic platform, the installation personnel should manually adjust the position of the lighting lamp. After the installation of the loft platform, the installation of all the shelves should be completed.

　　2： Stairs. In order to facilitate the installation of the attic platform, installing the attic stairs first can reduce the cost of installation time. It is suggested that the movable stairs can be installed first. For welding and fixing the stairs, the loft platform can be installed only after the installation is completed. To avoid the deviation of the passage distance, the stairs cannot be installed normally.

　　3： Laminated shelves in the attic. The attic platform will not be stored separately. Generally, in the storage environment, the upper layer of the attic platform will be equipped with laminated shelves for use. The installation of the laminated shelf can only be carried out after the completion of the loft planking and welding.

　　4： Structural positioning. The positioning of the attic platform is basic and needs to be carried out step by step. Blank space shall be reserved according to the actual situation in structure positioning. Similar to the through shelf, install the column first, and then graft the beam. Or alternatively, one column and one beam.

　　5： Chemical bolts are stable. After the column beam is installed, chemical bolts shall be used for drilling immediately. After the chemical bolts are punched, it is necessary to wait about 10 minutes before installing the attic platform parts.

　　6： Planking installation. The installation of planking is relatively easy. After installation, multi-point welding is required to ensure that the laminate will not produce friction or movement sound after being squeezed. During installation, the installation personnel need to continuously debug.

　　7： Installation of attic floor parts. The parts at the bottom of the attic are usually installed after the overall structure of the attic is completed, and can also be adjusted by itself.
