　　Step 1: Confirm whether the received shelves are ordered in quantity, with complete components, the same color as the sample, and packaging that meets the requirements.

　　Step 2: Inspection of shelf manufacturing accuracy.

　　The welding of the shelves shall be free from detachment or false soldering, and the welding slag and spatter shall be manually removed from each welding part.

　　Step 3: Check the installation accuracy of the entire shelf.

　　1. The vertical deviation of the shelves is below 10mm.

　　2. The height deviation of beams on the same floor is less than 10mm.

　　3. The deviation of the center distance between the bottom of adjacent shelf columns is less than 2mm.

　　4. The misalignment deviation of shelves in the same lane and column is less than 5mm

　　Step 4: Surface treatment technology

　　Black billet - removing surface dirt - chemical rust removal - phosphating - spray - leveling and curing - packaging, inspection and warehousing, coating thickness of 60 microns
