　　1. The column is punched and rolled using imported CNC machine tools, with an error of ± 2mm in the first and last holes;

　　2. When fully loaded, the curvature of the inner and outer sides of the column should be less than H/1000, and the deflection of the beam load should be less than L/250;

　　3. The rigidity and strength of the shelves comply with the mechanical industry standard GB/5323-91;

　　Step 4: Surface treatment process:

　　Black body - removal of surface dirt - chemical rust removal - phosphating - spray molding - leveling solidification - packaging inspection and warehousing, with a coating thickness of 60 microns.
