How should channels be reserved when designing and planning warehouse shelves?

　　If the enterprise uses manual access to goods, the channel is generally between 80mm and 120mm; If it is a forklift access operation, according to the type of forklift, the minimum length of the passage should be 2 meters, usually 2.4 meters or 2.6 meters, and some large forklifts may need to maintain 4 meters.

　　According to the requirements of management methods, the number of channels between shelves can be appropriately reduced. For example, compared to regular heavy-duty shelves, double depth shelves have reduced the number of channels by half. Pushback shelves are overall shelves with fewer channels, but the picking rate of these two types of shelves cannot reach 100%, making them suitable for bulk first in, first out warehouses.

　　For fully manual handling, the distance between storage locations is 20 centimeters greater than the width of the maximum packaging box used at that location.

　　3. The pallet needs to be placed at the bottom of the warehouse, and the upper layer is manually handled. The distance between the storage locations is "manual forklift+pallet", and the diameter can be rotated by an additional 20 centimeters.

　　If the warehouse requires an electric forklift for transportation, the distance between storage locations is the safe distance between the rotatable diameter of the pallet above the electric forklift and the turning head.

　　5. If a fuel forklift is required for storage, the distance between the storage locations is the rotatable diameter of the "fuel forklift+upper pallet" and the safe distance for turning around.
