Introduction: Conductive plastic displacement sensor is a non-wirelessly
wound potentiometer with a linear relationship between voltage output and axis
rotation Angle or linear displacement, which is characterized by high precision,
high life, high smoothness and high resolution. It can be used as position
feedback, position detection, level adjustment, etc. The sensor structure is
mainly composed of resistance element, shaft, brush, shell, cover and so on.
Rotary sensors have two kinds of single and double, they are installed in the
same form, divided into nut fixing (such as WDD32 type), screw fixing (such as
WDD35D type), the electrical signal is generally in the form of a terminal. The
installation form of the straight slide sensor is generally fixed by screws, and
the electrical signal is drawn in three forms: wiring pile type (such as: WDM14
series), socket type (such as CFY electronic ruler series) and wire type (such
as CWY series).
Two, wiring method and principle: three terminals or red, yellow, blue
three lines corresponding to the label mark 1, 2, 3 respectively: 1 is the input
end; 2 is the output end; 3 is grounded. (Please note: if the leading end 2 is
connected to the wrong line will burn the sensor) The axis from the precision
conductive plastic potentiometer, method 1 end to 3 end Angle rotation or linear
displacement when the resistance value changes, by the 2 end according to the
linear law of high-precision output, while through the conversion circuit to
convert the resistance value change into a signal display.
Third, the use of voltage description:
The sensor uses DC voltage, plus the rated voltage at the 1 and 3 terminals
(two fixed terminals).
U - Rated voltage (V)
P - Rated power (W)
R - Nominal resistance (Ω)
