　　1. Do not exceed the height and weight limit, and there should be a space of no less than 100mm between the goods and the shelves in the storage rack. Shelves of different specifications are designed and made according to their load-bearing capacity. Therefore, the weight of the goods placed on the shelves must be within the weight that the shelves can bear. It is best for warehouse clerks to put weight and load limit labels on the shelves.

　　2. Do not exceed the width and size limit. This refers to the size of the cardboard, and commonly used plastic pallets are between 0.8 meters in length and 1.2 meters in width. The length of the crossbeam of heavy-duty crossbeam shelves is generally 2.5 meters, designed according to the width of two plastic pallets. If the plastic pallets used are non-standard, or if the size of the goods loaded on them exceeds 1.2 meters, they may collide with the pillars when being placed or pulled hard on the shelves.

　　3. Do not collide or deform. The most vulnerable parts of storage shelves are the pillars at the passages and corners, which are usually deformed due to forklift collisions. Shelf suppliers provide matching anti-collision pillars based on different shelves, channel widths, and transportation tools. Crash barriers should be installed at all channel locations. Installing anti-collision pillars plays a very important role in protecting shelf pillars.
