2. Dimensional tolerance of shelves. Deformation and clearance should meet the relevant standards.
3. There are strict design procedures, warehousing, whether in the durability limit state or in the larger load limit state design shelf structure, must meet the relevant standards, there must be a calculation book. For major projects must go through finite element calculation on shelf strength. The stiffness and stability are combined, and the safety under earthquake is evaluated comprehensively. For standard shelves that are reused, there should be a general calculation sheet.
4. The data used in the calculation must be based on evidence or obtained by experiments. The shelf structure is often difficult to make an accurate analysis in theory, and the parameters required in the design must be determined by the corresponding test, and the bearing capacity of the shelf structure or a component can also be determined directly through the test. The test should be reported, and the test equipment should be calibrated by a qualified metrological department recognized by the State. The inspection passed.
5. Beam type shelves, both ends of each beam must be equipped with a locking device, or provide screws and nuts to tighten, so that the beam can be stably fixed on the column, to prevent upward external force and detachment. To ensure that the beam is engaged with its locking device (or screw and nut), the normal operation of the beam lock or the fastening of the screw and nut should be checked regularly during use, and the damaged device should be replaced in time.
