Precision requirements for the manufacturing of storage shelves

  A. Column:

  (1) The cumulative error of the total length adjustment hole spacing of the column shall not exceed 2mm, and the error of adjacent hole spacing shall be less than 0.02mm;

  (2) The maximum deviation of the total length dimension of the shelf shall not exceed 2mm;

  (3) The bending error of the column sheet is less than L/1000 mm and not more than 6mm;

  (4) The vertical deviation between the column and the installation ground is less than L/1000mm and not more than 6mm;

  (5) The maximum deviation of shelf width is less than 1mm;

  (6) The maximum deviation of the height difference of the shelf bottom plate is less than 0.5mm;

  B. Cross beam:

  (1) The error in the length dimension of the crossbeam is less than 0.5mm;

  (2) The height error at both ends of the crossbeam assembly is less than 1mm;

  (3) When the shelf crossbeam reaches the required maximum load-bearing capacity, the deformation of the crossbeam should be less than L/250.

  C. After the overall installation of the shelf, it should comply with:

  (1) The verticality of the shelf pieces along the length and width direction of the roadway is less than 10mm;

  (2) The allowable deviation in the width direction of the roadway is less than 5mm.
