shelves with a height of more than 5 meters are called high-level shelves. It
includes: crossbeam tray shelves, through shelves, push back shelves, double
depth shelves, narrow channel shelves, automated three-dimensional warehouses,
and so on. It is the most commonly used shelf in warehouses, and the shelf
itself has good picking efficiency, which can achieve fast storage and retrieval
of goods. The main accessories such as columns and crossbeams of the high-level
shelves are made of high-quality Q235 steel, and the connection is in the form
of a combination of column pieces and crossbeams, which generally need to be
used together with forklifts.
The specifications of high shelf columns are: 90 × sixty-five × 1.8mm, 70 ×
sixty × 1.8mm, 55 × forty-five × 1.5mm and other specialized rack column
profiles. Made of high-quality strip steel through leveling, automatic rolling,
punching, and cutting according to the customer's specified height.
The crossbeam of the high shelf adopts C-shaped steel welding beams, with a
width of 90-140mm, a height of 50mm, and a material thickness of 1.5mm.
Production and surface treatment process: cutting, leveling, punching,
rolling, welding, alkali washing, acid washing, phosphating, pure water
cleaning, drying, epoxy resin powder electrostatic spraying, curing and curing
temperature ≥ 180 ℃, inspection, packaging.
