　　4. It is required that the person in charge shall use the trolley. In particular, heavy and high-rise shelf warehouses must be equipped with power carts, and the use and operation of the carts must be operated by the person in charge with a license. Most of the columns of the warehouse shelves are deformed due to the use of carts by non designated persons.
