　　Step 2: Inspection of overall installation accuracy of the shelf

　　1. The vertical deviation of shelf piece shall not be greater than 10mm;

　　2. Height deviation of cross beam on the same floor: ± 10mm;

　　3. The deviation of center distance between the bottom of adjacent shelf column is ± 2mm;

　　4. The displacement deviation of the same row of shelves in the same roadway shall not be greater than 5mm;

　　Step 3: Inspection of shelf manufacturing accuracy:

　　1. The imported CNC machine tool is used to punch and roll the column, and the error of the head and tail holes is ± 2mm;

　　2. Under full load, the internal and external bending of the column shall be less than H/1000, and the load deflection of the beam shall be less than L/250;

　　3. The rigidity and strength of the shelf shall comply with the mechanical industry standard GB/5323-91;

　　Step 4: Surface treatment process:

　　Black billets - removing surface dirt - chemical derusting - phosphating - plastic spraying - leveling and curing - packaging, inspection and warehousing, with a coating thickness of 60 microns.
