products during the query phase through the backend system - Product ABC
contribution analysis (to be reflected by the system after monthly closing), and
indicate the specific category (A, B, C) of each individual product on the
marked drawings.
4. Check whether the display of individual items in this subcategory (high
gross profit product display, new product display, essential product display,
obsolete product display, etc.) meets the requirements of the gold display with
hand drawn or computer graphics that have been marked.
5. For display errors of individual items (the contribution of each item
does not match the display position), annotate the drawings, and specify the
specific position and number of rows after adjustment. At the same time,
determine the display position based on the actual situation such as season,
activity, brand, and product packaging.
6. Improve the layout diagram of the final sub category product shelf
display (this work can be completed by computer, and if not proficient, hand
drawn effects can be the same), organize relevant responsible persons to study
in detail, understand the specific meaning, and prepare specific adjustments to
the time and steps (it is recommended to carry out full tracking and learning of
category responsible persons from the beginning).
7. According to the principle of who manages and who is responsible,
adjustments will be made jointly by department heads and zone tally
personnel.
