　　Seven installation requirements:

　　1. When installing shelves, consideration should be given to the deformation caused by uneven weight distribution of goods, the lateral impact caused by the operation of palletizers or forklifts, earthquake intensity fortifications, and self inspection should be carried out during shelf installation.

　　2. When installing shelves, a safe distance should be left between goods, between goods and shelves, and between goods and fire pipes, leaving space for fire sprinklers. This is a problem that is easily overlooked.

　　3. The dimensional tolerances, deformations, and clearances of the shelves should comply with relevant standards.

　　4. There are strict installation procedures, and whether installing shelf structures in durability limit states or high load limit states, they must comply with relevant standards. The strength, stiffness, and stability of the shelves should be composite, and the installation performance under earthquake action should be comprehensively assessed. A universal calculation should be performed for standard shelves that are reused.

　　5. When installing crossbeam shelves, it is important to note that locking devices must be provided at both ends of each crossbeam, or screws and nuts must be provided for fastening, so that the crossbeam can be stably fixed on the column to prevent detachment due to upward external forces. To ensure the connection between the crossbeam and its locking device, the normal operation of the crossbeam lock or the tightening of screws and nuts should be regularly checked during use, and damaged devices should be replaced in a timely manner.
