1. Warehousing process; When the system responds to a storage request, a
storage dialog box will pop up. The operation requires entering the name and
quantity of the goods to check if the quantity is correct. Otherwise, the system
will send the demand to the computer and print the warehouse receipt. The system
will automatically scan whether the goods match. If they match, they will be
stored for sorting and transportation. If they do not match, an alarm signal
will be issued.
Then the operator needs to inspect the goods and rescan them for
storage.
2. Perform a combined tray sorting operation
Generally, small items are stored in storage to save space. So it is
necessary to perform a combination operation. If it is a large piece of goods,
consolidation operations can be carried out. If multiple goods of the same type
are placed on one pallet or container, but different types of goods are
consolidated, the management system's database sets information such as
consolidation batch code, consolidation code, and arrival batch code of goods
parts. The quantity and type of goods in each consolidation are linked to their
storage location, in order to facilitate reverse consolidation and consolidation
when leaving the warehouse.
3. Outbound process
When it is necessary to enter the warehouse to retrieve goods, the operator
can operate the system to check the quantity of the goods, enter the name and
quantity of the goods, and print the outbound document. Then perform the
outbound operation to start sorting and delivery.
